Unlimited edits?
Some providers promise unlimited edits, but there’s always a caveat to those. We find that not all clients take full advantage of this approach anyways, so we prefer to lower our costs and only promise small quick edits as part of your maintenance, but make ourselves available at a variety of hourly rates for any additional editing or custom coding needs which you can easily request over chat or email, or through your customer portal. I don't have all of my logins, or I'm not sure how
to get access to my domain registration/DNS/hosting,
what do I do?
Have no fear! Once you've signed up, our onboarding specialists will help you track down everything that we're going to need from you, even if you have no idea where your domain is registered. We have a lot of options depending on your current setup.
What's included in your quick edits?
These are typically things we can help out with that take less than 15 minutes, whether it's an edit here or a setting change there on your website, or something new entirely that for us was a minor time investment.
Do you offer any guarantees?
We're so confident in our work that if within 30 days you are not happy with your service for any reason then we can hand over the keys for someone else to migrate the website off our servers and provide you with a full refund.
During typical business hours our Premium plan customers are guaranteed a one hour response time on their tickets or we'll refund a month of their service.
If I have a Woocommerce or other Enterprise plan level requirement, do I need all of the
features from a Premium plan?
No, if for example you just have a very small Woocommerce website with low traffic and don't want to spend the extra money on all of our Premium plan features, then we can put together something in between for you.
