Our checkout page will allow you to add as many as needed. If you want to migrate another website in the future, you can also add more at any time from within your account.

For larger Enterprise accounts we're fine with coordinating other methods of payment with you.

We do offer specialized development services to our WP Haven plan members at $120/hr. We also have a team familiar with a variety of platforms, not just WordPress, as well as a valued network of other vetted marketing and design-related professionals that we can connect you with.

With each purchased plan, we fully assess your site's needs and tinker the hosting situation accordingly. The vast majority of our customer websites will run great on our standard WP Haven plans, though if you have an extremely high traffic or high resource demanding website then it's possible we'll need to put together a custom plan for you to dedicate more resources to it. We have an extremely experienced team of DevOps professionals to make sure you end up with the ideal environment.

These are typically things we can help out with that take less than 15 minutes, whether it's an edit here or a setting change there on your website, or something new entirely that for us was a minor time investment.

We're happy to work with many different hosts, but we're able to perform our maintenance services much more efficiently when your website is hosted with us, so we do not offer any difference in pricing if your preference is to keep your hosting elsewhere.

Our maintenance and hosting goes so hand in hand and together are synonymous with the most positive customer experience we can provide, so at this time we do not offer hosting without maintenance.

If you have a malware infection we'll be happy to clean it up, but it will be required for you to be on at least a Protect plan. Infected websites are often more at risk for reinfection due to various circumstances, so this approach is necessary. Alternatively, if your website has larger issues that also make it non functional, we may require you to be on the Premium plan in order to take care of whatever issues there may be.

We're so confident in our work that if within 30 days you are not happy with your service for any reason then we can hand over the keys for someone else to migrate the website off our servers and provide you with a full refund.

During typical business hours our Premium plan customers are guaranteed a one hour response time on their tickets or we'll refund a month of their service.

No, if for example you just have a very small Woocommerce website with low traffic and don't want to spend the extra money on all of our Premium plan features, then we can put together something in between for you.
